1) SHIPPING

ARTICLE 1: SHIPPING TIME

Your order will be promptly dispatched, with an estimated shipping time of 1 to 5 days (including week-ends and holidays), depending on the items in your order. Please note that some of our products are crafted on-demand to ensure the highest quality, which may result in an extended shipping time.

We source and ship your orders from various international warehouses, including locations in the UK, China, and Japan. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and the warehouse location. For returns, you'll need to send the items back to our designated shipping warehouse, as detailed in our return policy.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible: contact@blackout-techwear.co.uk. Be aware that we cannot guarantee order cancellation once it has been shipped.

ARTICLE 2: DELIVERY TIME

Please be aware that due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, shipping times may experience delays based on your country of delivery.

  • UK: Expect delivery within 1 week (5 to 8 working days).
  • USA and Canada: Expect delivery within 1 to 2 weeks (5 to 14 working days).
  • European countries: Anticipate delivery within 1 to 2 weeks (5 to 14 working days).
  • Rest of the world: Allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery (7 to 28 working days).

In cases where a product experiences a temporary out-of-stock situation, delivery times may be slightly longer. Please note that during health crises, all items should arrive within a maximum of 60 days. If any item arrives later than this timeframe, you are eligible for a refund upon request.

Blackout Techwear UK cannot be held responsible for delays in package delivery.

Customers are advised to inspect the goods for conformity at the time of receipt and before signing the carrier's delivery receipt.

ARTICLE 3: DUTIES AND TAXES

While we offer free standard shipping on all orders, please be aware that customs taxes may be applied to international shipments based on your country's regulations, and customers are responsible for these charges.

ARTICLE 4: FORCE MAJEURE - COVID-19

Due to the current health crisis, parcels may experience longer delivery times than usual, along with extended intervals between tracking updates. These delays are attributed to the ongoing health crisis, increased parcel volumes, and COVID-19-related restrictions affecting deliveries and services.

The maximum delivery time in the event of force majeure, such as COVID-19, is 60 working days, starting from the buyer's receipt of the order dispatch notification.

Orders exceeding 60 working days without delivery will be refunded.

2) RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have the option to either receive a refund or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that after 14 days from delivery, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please be aware that we do not provide shipping labels for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at contact@blackout-techwear.co.uk. Our staff will provide you with detailed instructions to ensure a smooth return process. Please carefully follow the return instructions to guarantee proper receipt of your parcel and ensure your refund.

Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards and masks (due to health reasons).

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

REFUND (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If your items do not fit properly, you may request an exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To initiate an exchange, please email us at contact@blackout-techwear.co.uk.

DAMAGED ITEMS (if applicable)

If your items are delivered damaged, please contact us at contact@blackout-techwear.co.uk, and we will arrange to reship your order. Please note that items damaged by the customer after receipt are not eligible for a refund.

Blackout Techwear UK reserves the right to decline abusive requests.

GIFTS

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please contact us at contact@blackout-techwear.co.uk. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. Please ensure you provide us with a tracking number for all returns.
